Fender Vibrolux Reverb AA864 Model Tube Amplifier (1967), made in Fullerton, California, serial # A-08711, black tolex covering finish. Equipped with both reverb and tremolo, the Vibrolux Reverb is one of the benchmark amps of the 1960s. With two 10" speakers (One is a replacement) and putting out about 35 watts, the Vibrolux Reverb is one of the best sounding and most versatile amps in that all-time classic lineup. I am the second owner buying it in 1971. It was a stay at home amp so not used on the road. Cosmetically clean amp, showing just some light wear overall. Grille cloth is pristine. All original handle, chassis straps and hardware only show minimal signs of corrosion and the the original tremolo/reverb footswitch is included and operational. It was recapped in 2015 and has received a tech check by 30th Street Guitars in NYC 12/20/23 and all checks out. (Synopsis is attached.) A glorious vintage tone machine of the revered black panel line. Excellent Condition. (If interested I can provide a short demo video clip of it being played with a variety of tones.)
