I am 99% sure this is Mary Goodneighbor aka Irma the Body..  and i am certain i will be told if i am incorrect, or at least i hope so..  btw, neither of those sound like proper christian names.  seems like there should be one more aka followed by a believable name.   was just reseaching her and found a couple sites where people were reminiscing about meeting her in the 50's and 60's and 70's?  apparenlty she was a real sweetheart.  which does not jive with these pictures where her face is a frozen mask with a teeth-clenching cocaine grin.
