same chick different scenarios.  in one she's in bed trying to look all relaxed but it comes across as awkward because you can't really do that with your arms unless you're lying flat.  in picture number 2 it looks like the start of a pretty lame party- you, her and the stupid balloon she drew a face on with a sharpie.  hell, even the balloon knows this evening is going to totally blow.
