It comes as pictured, without any caps or any accessories. It seems to be older lens without coating, made before WWII. Made in 1939,

Cosmetic condition:

Lens has been used but is in good condition. 
Lens shows light wear on exterior. I don't see anything damaged. Front glass elements are in good condition.  I don't see any scratches on the lenses coating. It might have minor smudges from cleaning. It has couple tiny dust specs inside. And I see some smudges inside the glass elements. It seems to be damaged by rubbing or cleaning the lens. Damage is minor, it should not affect image quality.
