The gold coloring on the finger areas is faded/worn. There is a design on this part also. They cut paper nicely! It is magnetic metal on handles and blades.

They are approx. 9-1/4" in total length. The handle area is 3-1/2" x 2-1/4" and 1/4" thick. It weighs 5 oz.
