Antique Art Deco swivel picture frame.  Nice, simple design featuring two columns on a base.  Overall size 12 1/4" tall x 9 1/4" wide.  Glass size measures 9 1/4" x 6 3/4".  Felt covered base.

Condition is very good.  Slight lean due to light damage to wood on right swivel.
