Unit is brand new open box. Exterior packaging shows signs of wear. Internal components are fine. Will come in repackaged box. Unit may require additional assistance from the manufacturer and or your internet/telecom provider. We are unable to assist with these matters and buyer must handle all set up related issues on their own.
