Please Note 

You need to check that your existing lock can work with Leaver Pad Offset Handles,

most lever lever locks will NOT work with these types of handles and if the lock is compatible you may need to make new 8mm spindle holes in your door

Fits doors with a thickness up to 70mm.

The fixing bolts may need cutting shorter, can be cut with a junior hacksaw. Please do not over tighten or be forceful when turning the screws, you may find it more convenient to use your existing screws.

242mm & 32mm measurements of back plate are cosmetic and should not present a problem if not the same as your existing handles.

The fixing holes spaced at 216mm may vary by + or - 3mm on your existing handle but should still fit or they may require elongating or re-drilling if the lock allows.
