Moser Type Bohemian Raised Gold Scrollwork Yellow Green Nappy Dish. Scalloped edges, cabriolet legs, and applied gilt glass handle. Measures approximately 4 1 /4 inches in diameter and 2 inches in height.  Late 19th century. Gold is in nice condition. There is a bruise as shown, which is not a chip. Believe it was caused in manufacturing.
