This is a Rockwell sterling silver overlay design on a Satin glass black Tiffen bowl. Measures approximately 8 1/2 inches wide by 4 inches tall. There are no chips or cracks, but glass does have scratches. Appears to be some mineral deposits in the bottom of the bowl from being used as a planter.
