Questo Swatch è stato da me acquistato personalmente durante la vendita della collezione privata appartenuta a Francois Planche, autore del libro "SWATCHWATCHES", e probabilmente è proprio il modello che è stato da lui fotografato e che potete vedere nel libro a pagina 154.
E’ nuovo, mai indossato, funzionante ed è venduto senza batteria.
Prezzo aggiuntivo per le batterie: 3.00 € cad.
Questo orologio ha più di 25 anni ed è considerato un oggetto vintage da collezione. Ciò significa che può essere fragile o scolorito: indossare questo oggetto è a rischio dell'acquirente.
In particolare, è noto che i cinturini degli Swatch dei primi anni sono estremamente fragili e si raccomanda la massima cautela. Acquistando questo oggetto, l'acquirente dichiara esplicitamente che, se il cinturino dovesse spezzarsi anche semplicemente maneggiandolo pur senza indossare l'orologio, la responsabilità sarà esclusivamente sua e nessuna richiesta/contestazione potrà essere avanzata al venditore.
L'acquisto è riferito al solo orologio; la scatola in plastica e il foglio della garanzia, se presenti in foto, saranno regolarmente spediti ma non concorrono al valore dell'oggetto acquistato e, in caso di danneggiamento di questi ultimi, nessuna richiesta/contestazione potrà essere avanzata al venditore.
Inoltre, l'acquirente accetta esplicitamente che, se il prezzo di vendita dell'oggetto (non considerando le spese di spedizione) sarà pari a 40€ o inferiore, la scatola in plastica e il foglio della garanzia, anche se presenti in foto, non saranno parte della vendita e pertanto non saranno spediti all'acquirente.
La restituzione dell'oggetto non sarà consentita, salvo nel caso in cui non sia conforme alla descrizione, e in ogni caso le spese di spedizione originali non saranno rimborsabili.
This Swatch watch was personally purchased by myself during the sale of the private collection that belonged to Francois Planche, author of the "SWATCHWATCHES" book, and it is probably right the model that was photographed by him and that you can find in the book at page 154.
It is brand new, never worn, it is in working conditions and it comes without battery.
Optional price for batteries: 3.00 € each.
This watch is more than 25 years old and it's a vintage collectible item. This means it can be fragile or discoloured: the buyer wears it at his/her own risk.
It is also well known that the straps (wristbands) of the Swatch watches from the first years are extremely fragile and caution is strongly advised while handling them. By buying this item, the buyer explicitly declares that, if the strap breaks while touching it even before wearing the watch, this will be uniquely his/her responsibility and no request/claim will be made to the seller.
The purchase is related to the watch only; the plastic transparent case and the warranty paper, if present in the pictures, will be regularly shipped but do not contribute to the value of the sale and, if they are damaged, no request/claim will be made to the seller.
Also, the buyer explicitly accepts that, if the sale price of the watch is 40€ or less, the plastic transparent case and the warranty paper, even if present in the pictures, are not part of the sale and they will not be shipped to the customer.
Returns of the item are not accepted, unless the description is wrong, and anyway the initial shipment cost will not be refunded.
