The creature’s face has flared nostrils, a forward facing gaze, enlarged upright ears, a bearded (bearded dragon?) and holds an inscribed samurai within its mouth. The beast extends from a round shaped fixture and the perimeter of the beast contains ancient looking symbols. The door knocker is made from an aged metal that may contain brass and or copper due to the color of the patina from the back interior. Metal door knocker reflects quality but isn’t as heavy as iron or solid brass. The door knocker has a handle or pull that makes a clanky noise.
