NGC MS66* (NGC STAR)
A totally original pastel toner with glassy, Proof-like surfaces, struck from freshly polished dies. NGC did not give the full PL, probably because of the toning. Instead, they assigned the STAR. A rare date with PL qualities. The striations, grinding, and filing lines over each side are characteristic of all PL coins made between 1934 and 1955.
