I have a vintage- RB Planter. #1724, Japan. Comes with this silk floral arrangement. good preowned condition, no chips or cracks, a few small spots where the red paint doesn't cover, felt tabs on the bottom, measures at it's highest just about 4 1/2 inches by about 3 1/2 inches wide.
