Antique 19th century English porcelain plate with a hand painted portrait of a King Charles spaniel enhanced by rich gilding.  The painting is superbly executed.  Measures 8 3/4" diameter.  Good condition - plate has a tight faint hairline from the rim at the top - see photos.  Displays beautifully
