This is used, has signs of use eg marks, scratches and the front glass rattles a bit so may need to be professionally tightened (then again, am not sure if it is meant to rattle due to design). Even with these, it is a well made statement piece.

It is powered by a double A battery and is working- it will not be shipped with the battery though due to postage restrictions on batteries.  In order to move the hands, you will need to pull the round button at the back out slightly. It also has a 'stop / start' button so it can turned off. It has a pleasant tick so is not a silent clock.

I am not sure if it should have a back for the battery bit, if yes that back is missing so you can actually see the battery when looked at from the back.

In the right setting, I think it will be a  decadent piece.
