Description
This dealer whip is furnished with a nickel silver collar and end, the collar features a repousse pattern and vacant cartouche ready for engraving. The end has a round bottom featuring an inset silver Victoria head joey, along with the renowned English whip manufacturers:

'In the year 1861 Mr. Thomas Crawley started whip-making in Peterborough. He was the son of Mr. William Crawley, who was born at Bedford in 1836.
