rating 125MFD 350WVDC

This item has never been installed or used in circuit. I took a MFD rating on sections of capacitor and values are shown in pictures. I don't have any other means to test this capacitor.  Item can be returned if you have a capacitor tester that indicates a problem Please advise and send pictures of problem condition before requesting return. Cannot be returned if solder tabs indicate that it was tested in circuit.
