Terms and Conditions of Sale
Shipping:
- Shipping discounts may be available on purchases of multiple items paid for at the same time. To receive your discounted shipping charges, please wait to receive your final invoice after purchasing your items.
- Our standard shipping method is the most economical shipping, using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FEDEX, or UPS. Alternative shipping methods (i.e., faster delivery) are available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to select an alternative shipping method and we will respond with the applicable additional shipping charge.
- We ship internationally for items that qualify for the eBay Global Shipping Program. Items that do not qualify for the eBay Global Shipping Program will be shipped only to the 48 continental United States. We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but additional shipping charges will apply.
Item Condition:
- We sell antiques, collectibles, artwork, and other items that have been previously owned. As a result, there are a number of factors that may affect the condition of an item, such as: the type of item, the materials used to make an item, the age and previous use of the item, the conditions under which the item may have been stored and transported, as well as normal wear and tear.
- We do our best to carefully inspect each item and accurately state it's condition in our listings. Any additional concerns you may have regarding the condition of an item should be asked prior to placing a bid or making an offer.
- All stated dimensions are approximate.
Customer Service, Refunds:
- Please contact us with any concerns you may have upon receipt of your item. We will do our best to address your concerns satisfactorily.
- We give refunds within 5 business days of receipt of an item ONLY if the item differs materially from the description in the listing. In such instance, refunds will only be given upon prior approval of the Seller. Refunds will include the original cost of shipping, however, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Multiple Items for Sale, Pictures:
- When there is more than one of an item being sold, the picture in the listing is representative of the items being sold, and may not be a picture of the actual item you will be receiving. However, the item you receive will be the same as described in the listing, both as to appearance and condition.
Sales Tax:
- Buyers will be charged applicable sales tax as required by law.
