Antique Stoneware Jug/Crock w/ No Handle - Stamped “C” (Roughly 13” Tall).

This stoneware jug is in great condition. I’m not entirely sure why there is a faint line made into the side of it. But, I’m sure a pottery collector may know why that’s there. The jug is stamped with the letter “C.” I am also unsure of what the C would stand for, & the date of the jug. Regardless, it’s a beautiful piece of stoneware.
