If you receive an item that is not as described or just a mistake - do not fret! I will either replace the item (if it’s a stock item) or issue you a refund.
Listings will only include item(s) as pictured-Please do not assume ANY item is included if it’s not pictured. I will try my best to picture all items included in the listing, as well as its cosmetic condition.
All open box items are in like new condition. In most cases you'll hardly notice the difference between open box items to the equivalent new items. Sometimes the product box does not meet the brand-new item standard, but you will own a great product at a competitive price.
Note: Items may have marks on packages and may also show signs of handling. Some items may have been tested for quality and functionality. I try my best to check every product, so that I can present the item as best as possible.
RETURNS/CONCERNS:
Please send me a message before opening a return request. Most issues can be resolved without opening a request.

Health & Beauty items cannot be returned if they have been used. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. Software, music, games, movies, food items (human or pet, opened or closed), are not eligible for return.
