This is a Vintage 1960's Metal Scale Belt. My mother is original owner. Elastic Stretch. Color: Silver. Hook Closure with Raised Flower on Buckle. There is black stretchy fabric on the underside of belt. Unbranded. Approximate Measurements are 1-3/4" x 26-1/2" (Unstretched) - 1-3/4" x 37" (Stretched). There are heavy darkened scratches on the scales in a 4" section of the belt (see pictures).
