This is a special laser pointer which emits at the unique golden yellow wavelength of 591nm.

591nm is an amazing yellow color, with the additional property of being the single best color to use for star-pointing and astronomy! It’s the perfect wavelength to have a beam visible to our color vision without hindering our night vision.

This color is very close to existing 589nm yellow lasers, but just a bit more amber. It’s a truly stunning color to look at.

Since this is a DPSS laser, it has excellent beam specs, with great divergence. However, these are not incredibly powerful lasers - the DPSS technology used is very new, and can’t yet achieve enough power to burn anything.

Listing includes one 591nm laser, one battery charger, and five diffraction “star” caps. Battery is inserted with the negative side first!
