Department 56 Christmas in the City Series - Guess Your Weight, 1 Cent #56.59467.  Introduced in 2005 and retired in 2007.  The piece measures approximately 3" tall x 2 1/2" wide x 1 5/8" deep.   The figure is in very good condition.  The box has some stickers and a note taped to it.
