Royal Doulton Earthenware Shakespeare Series G - "Ophelia".  Yellow ground landscape scene with lovely long haired female wandering thru a forest with a blue grey sky.  Circa 1912-1928.  The cereal bowl measures approximately 7 3/4" in diameter.  No chips or cracks.
