A CASE OF FUNNY THINGS FROM CLEVELAND, O. - RARE ANTIQUE ALUMINUM CASE CONTAINING 10 ALUMINUM RISQUE AND ETHNIC CARDS - VERY UNUSUAL

This card case has been in my collection for many years.  It is comprised of a small aluminum case that has a spring loaded lid (so it automatically closes).  Inside are 10 thin aluminum cards with various risque and ethnic cartoons transferred on them.

The case measures 3 1/2 inches long by 2 inches wide and the 10 cards are slightly smaller and slip into a slot.

From the content on the cards I would date this to the very early 1900's when aluminum became relatively inexpensive.

The case and cards are in excellent condition with no issues.  Truly a one-of-a-kind souvenir from Cleveland, Ohio.
