Cute handmade felt circle skirt with faux leather trim & bull head detailing with blue rhinestones & gold sequins. Two hook & eye closures at the waist. Either made by or for Barbara Adams.

Good condition. A couple tiny little spots, but the only real damage on this skirt is along the fringe - its not leather but more of a thick plastic material [think of a vinyl tablecloth]. Some of the fringe become stuck together, so when I separated it some of the front fringe ripped or some of the color came off. I showed the worst parts in the last photos.
