In perfect condition, not heavily used. All toners are full. Recently I have installed a new original transfer belt. Moreover I have added a second tray: Xerox 520 Sheet A3 Single Tray with Stand (097s04907) so now you can print both A3 and A4 formats without replacing the paper in the trays. The printer is on castors so you could easily change its location.
