This is a set of Chinese vases. They were made for the Franklin Mint, and have cetificates of authencity.  They are made of fine porcelain and bear the original work of Chien-Ying May.  The Dance of the Dragon has a wonderful, imaginative, primarily green dragon.  The Journey of the Tortoise is colorfully drawn with a pattern in blues, accented with gold.  The rest of the vase has depiction of waves / water (because the tortoise is known for a water habitat ).  The Courageous Tiger features a Chinese depiction of the face of a tiger, with many shades of red and blue and gold.  The dragon and tortoise vases stand 10 1/2 inches tall.  They have a bulbous middle section and flared top opening.  The tiger stands 6 1/2 inches high.  The middle is semi-bulbous and the opening at the top is a wide 6 inches in diameter.  All three vases come with a black resin display stand that is 1 1/2 inches high and are banded at the top with 24 karat gold.  They are a colorful, unique set of vases to complete any one's collection of Chinese art.
I hope it will be appreciated that I am selling all 3 for the price of 2 to help with the price of shipping.
