Beautiful vintage (I think around late 90s/Y2K) River Island skirt, pink lining with black velvet and lace overlay. Stretchy to some degree, please note though that the hem lace is not.
Labelled a 14, however vintage sizes are smaller so in my opinion from the measurements would fit a modern 8-10 - please check the details below before purchase.
Waist unstretched is 28”, will stretch easily to 30”, but no more without distorting the skirt.
Length of skirt is 27”
Width at hem when laid flat is 21”
