Antique 19th century German violin, made circa 1880- 1900.

Assessed by Brompton’s Auctioneers to be made between 1800-1900 in Germany. Also a quality violin with good woods used.

Paper label to interior marked Joseph Rocca 1854? But this is not the case.

No repairs to the top but newer chin rest and tailpiece. Plays well but g string has snapped. Could perhaps benefit from a light restoration?

Will be dispatched in newer case with two bows, tuner and rosin. Any questions I will do my best to answer.
