RETURN POLICIES

  • Please contact us before returning the item (unauthorized returns shall not be processed).
  • Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be UNOPENED and returned within 30 days of checkout.  Goods must be returned in the original box, in perfect condition, unused, no seals broken and with no missing parts.
  • Buyer responsible for return shipping & handling fees and are not refundable.
  • In the event of an exchange the delivery & handling cost will be paid for by the Buyer.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
  • If the item arrives to you and it shows visible damage as the carrier is delivering to you, please refuse the delivery so it will be returned to sender and please contact us immediately.
  • Buyer is responsible for purchasing any additional insurance on item above what is provided in the basic shipping cost.  See delivery services to help determine your coverage and to add additional coverage if desired.
  • Seller may change type of shipping if a faster option is available as a courtesy.  For instance ground may change to priority if the price point is comparable and listed delivery times are faster.
