We service gasoline fuel injectors using our ultrasonic flow bench and service machine. Why buy reconditioned fuel injectors when we can make yours like new again.
Our Service has been developed with the technology of ultrasonic cleaning and fuel pressure control, which can clean and test injectors by simulating engine working conditions.
Our service consists of two steps, testing and ultrasonic cleaning:
The testing step includes:
- Uniformity/Sprayability Test: To test the uniformity of injection amount of each injector and to monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight. This test is also for reverse flush
- Leakage Test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injector under system pressure
- Injecting Flow Test: To check the injection amount of the injectors in 15 seconds of constant injection
- Inductance Test: To test the internal circuit of the injectors
The Ultrasonic cleaning step includes:
- Ultrasonic cleaning: To perform simultaneous cleaning on several injectors and to remove the carbon deposits on the injector completely
- New o-rings for your injectors are included in our service - subject to availability

Thank you for trusting us to clean your injectors, the cost per injector is $19.99, if you have more than one injector to clean please input the appropriate quantity in the "Buy it now" field.
Please keep in mind the following:
- Work on your injectors can not start until customer information is received
- To ensure proper testing, please leave o-rings and spacers on the injector
- Dry each injector and then place it in plastic bags. Placing the injectors in a plastic bag will also prevent gasoline odors coming from your parcel

Current Turn Around Time is One business day – 24 Hours or less - we specify 10 days handling time because we are including the transit time from the customer. Once we receive them Current Turn Around Time is 1 business day
If your injectors arrive before 12pm Arizona time they will go out in the mail the same day. If they arrive after 12pm they will go out the next working day.
