This Girls size Small (equivalent to a 7-8) sparkly sequin fabric Rubies Deluxe Wizard of Oz Dorothy costume dress has an attached crinoline and a zippered back. The dress fabric is imprinted with a multitude of silver seuine dots which I could not make show up in my pictures. The dress bodice has a little bit of stretch and measures 26 inches unstretched around under the arms and the elastic waistline goes comfortable for 18 to 24 inches. Skirt is 11 inches long. It was worn once for Mall Trick or Treat and is in very good condition from a non smoking home. (J)
