Q: Where does the product come from?We have several distribuation warehouses, our main in Jasper, Indiana. If the Item is not in stock, we will ship directly from the manufacture.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
?A: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase, in original packing, not installed, and is not missing any parts.
If you are EXCHANGING:
Please verify and contact us with your vehicle's year, make, model, and either bed or cab size so that the correct part can be ordered.
If you are RETURNING:
RealTruck will provide you with a prepaid shipping label from FedEx. The label will be emailed to you directly from FedEx. DO NOT use the labels provided by eBay. Typically eBay supplies an USPS label and our products are too large for them. If you use the USPS return label this is greatly increase the time to receive your return back and ultimately recieve your refund.
These items are NOT RETURNABLE:
Seat Covers, Used, or Freight Shipped Items. In addition items that are not in original packaging, have been installed, or missing parts and hardware are not returnable.
REFUND AMOUNT:
Generally, a refund is granted to the customer when the item is returned, subject to the following exceptions:
1. Customer returning at no fault of the seller, a $25 or 15% Return Fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Items that are received more than 15 days after the return window ends will have a late fee of up to 50% of the item price deducted.
3. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller error may have up to 80% of the item price deducted.

FREE SHIPPING is offered on any item over $100 and covers the lower 48 continental US states.
Freight Items have a flat freight fee included in price. Depending on your address and location, additional Freight Charges could apply.
