This vintage mannequin represents a boy to my thinking, but could represent a girl with short hair. The label identifies this as representing an 18th month old child with size 4 shoes.  It was made by the American Fixture Inc., St Louis Mo. circa the 1950's, and is # P207.  The mannequin is approximately 32"  tall.  Not sure if it is plastic or composition, I am leaning towards composition, but I do not know for sure.  The face and hair have been hand painted.  The legs are fixed in a standing position, and it has a place to attach a stand, but a stand is not included. It remains standing without attaching a stand. The arms are attached with metal hooks and thick coated elastic, the sockets are metal.  The arms move freely.  This is typical construction for dolls of this era.  He is in excellent condition, a couple of very small raised spots on the body that occurred during manufacture.  There are no cracks, breaks, big chips or missing pieces.  The paint is all present. There are a couple of very light rub marks on the forehead, and a bit of rubbing on the hands. In remarkably good condition for its age. We are including a pair of real child's Stride rite shoes and a pair of socks that he came with.   Please examine the photographs carefully, they are part of the description.  Feel free to email with any questions.  Thanks.
