Red oil cloth backed and padded hardcover. 
Engraved with "Dwight D Eisenhower" on front cover. (Good possibility once owned by Eisenhower, which cooking was one of his favorite hobbies.  At a minimum, this book was printed with the intent of his ownership.) Printing was just prior to the time that he served as president 1953-1961.   Several of these Storz cookbooks were personalized for the end user.
Cookbook features a foreword by Arthur Storz, along with sections on: How to serve beer properly, Picnic Treats, Canapes and Hors-d’oeuvres, Salad Dressings, Fish and Sea Foods, Meats, Wild Ducks, Geese and Upland Game, Cakes, Pies and Pastries, Soups, Quickie Meals for The Cooks’ Night Out” and “Outdoor Cooking”.   
Storz Brewing Company was located in North OmahaNebraska. Established from a company started in 1863, Storz Brewing began in 1876 by Gottlieb Storz and was owned by the Storz family until 1966; the brewery ceased operations in 1972. 

Condition:  Fair.  Wear to edges including very light fraying at top/bottom of spine and corners; cloth with a few dings; interior with light age; pages overall in nice shape with moderate light use and age.  Small staple mark on first few pages.  No writing on pages.  Note:  Book has separated entirely from cover.  See pics. Might be worth restoring this bit of history.
