This is a "modern" stein - straight, all thick glass, and with four side ridges that turn a standard cylinder into an elegant tower  And btw improve the grip.  Striking in its simplicity and classic lines - not stein classic but architectural classic.

A piece of art as well as a very usable tankard.  Unlike many traditional steins the lid tilts fully out of the way so you can easily drink.

Made by Zinn (lid) and Rastal (glass).

Holds 0.4 liters.  Height of glass 6.75"; diam 2.75".  Weighs almost two pounds.
