EDWARDIAN STYLE BLUE ZIRCON DIAMOND SOLITAIRE RING 5CT ZIRCON

A stunning platinum solitaire ring boasting a striking round cut blue zircon on top, weighing approx. 5 carats. It has a deep, teal-blue hue with a bright, icy sparkle when it catches the light and is accompanied by five tension set princess cut diamonds that graduate down each shoulder. They’re extremely bright with excellent VS1 clarity – H colour and total approx. 1ct.

Zircon is an ancient mineral that can be found in a variety of different colours. The most popular have a deep sea-green or teal-blue hue and are considered the brightest of the blue gemstones due to their radiant sparkle that has earned them the nickname “starlite”.

The principal stone is held in a raised, four-prong mount that crowns it high atop the finger and joins a thick platinum band at the back, complete with London hallmarks dating to 1999.

A striking statement piece with a magnificent zircon that would make a spectacular engagement ring for those looking for a less conventional stone.
