🏋️‍♀️ Fully compliant with IWF standards, the bumpers have a 450mm diameter and a weight within 10g of their target. The bumpers are made with stainless steel inserts and quality virgin rubber, offering a dead bounce and optimal durability. This material will protect both your plates and your gym floor. 

🏋️‍♀️ BRAINGAIN plates have been quality assurance tested, withstanding over 50,000 drops and showing no signs of breakage. 

🏋️‍♀️ The BRAINGAIN HD COLOURED Plates are designed to withstand significant impacts from exercises like deadlifting, clean and press, powerlifting and olympic lifting. Each plate has a 2 inch stainless steel central ring which will fit all standard 2-inch Olympic Barbells.
