NBA Jam Extreme has a crack in centre of disc. Still is playing fine but you will just have to be careful with it.
Madden NFL and Simcity 2000 have black marks on underside of disc but tested and playing fine.
EVERY version of Croc for the Sega Saturn has a bug, If you load it like a normal game some graphics will be missing, you need to load the console up first then insert the disc afterwards and the game will run fine.
