Three lens cases only, no strap.  Padded with foam and lined with velvet.  These belonged to my dad, I am assuming 1960s??  They are in excellent condition.  Smoke and pet free home.  They are as follows:

35mm  4.75 tall, inside diameter 3"

50mm   4.25 tall, inside diameter 2.75  I just noticed that the top cover is starting to separate, but could be easily glued back down.  I did not want to mess with it.

85mm   4.25 tall, inside diameter  3.25 plus it has an extra circular foam I assume is to hold the lens in place. 

My dad did write the mm of the lens on top.  These of course could be used for any brand, or any type of lens.
