Italian A.F. Canadair CL-13 (Sabre Mk 4)

a 1:100 scale diecast model by CDC Armour (art. 5123)

4 Stormo, Aeronautica Militare Italiana - Italian Air Force

Complete with display stand and clear perspex display case

In 1950 Canadairs' Montreal factory began producing licence built versions of the North American F-86 Sabre. The Royal Air Force took delivery of over 400 examples beginning in 1952, however their use by the RAF was limited to just a few years. 180 of these ex-RAF Sabres (F-86EM) were shipped to Italy in 1957 for use by the Aeronautica Militare Italiana (AMI) where they were dedicated to the air defence role. The aircraft was evaluated with HVAR rockets and the Italian-developed SISPRE C-7 air-to-air missile, but neither weapon entered AMI service with the Sabre.

These models are from a batch of New but Old Stock and will have some shelf wear visible on the outer packaging and light scuffs on the perspex case. However, the contents will be in A1 condition.

As the manufacturer (CDC Armour) is no longer producing this range of models, this is sure to be a sought after item - get one while you can!

Post & Packing to an address in the UK will be £3.75

I'm happy to post worldwide, however some countries have suspended postal deliveries or Royal Mail is unable to dispatch from UK because of transportation problems to a specific country. Please check with me for latest update before you buy the item.
