I'm a private music instructor with a Bachelor's degree in horn performance. I'm no longer teaching trumpet lessons; so I'm selling my VERY rare 1923 (potentially '24) C.G. Conn trumpet made in Elkhart, IN. Overhauled in late '17 or '18 by West Music Company (formerly in Moline, IL; see www.westmusic.com). VERY good condition, beautiful playing condition. Mechanically clean and fully functional, i.e., no stuck slides, etc. Only minor cosmetic flaws like very small "dings". I've treasured this instrument as a personal instrument; and I only play and own Conn horns and trumpets. I'm a Conn devotee for life.

I'm including the hard shell Torpedobag backpack case which is clean (and not cheap!!), new mutes, a trumpet stand and maintenance grease and oil. This is a complete package save for the mouthpiece which you should buy new for yourself or music student.

Smoke- and vape-free clean and very nice home. SERIAL NUMBER 199826

This is a serious instrument for a similarly-devoted Conn fan, collector or student; therefore please respectfully only make serious inquiries. See all photos, including the serial number and bell which indicate production. I will accept returns, however please know I've heavily photographed and documented the condition of this trumpet as it is rare, valuable and in such good condition. It should be treated with utmost care if you wish to give it a trial run solo or with your own teacher, etc.
