These are made from balsa wood and small bits of cardboard. Some surfaces are plastic brick and roof sheets. The overall dimensions of the footprint is27" x 19". The gardener's house is 11 3/8" x 2 1/8" x 4 3/4". The great barn is 6 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 4 1/4". The main house is 6 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 6 3/8". 6 3/8" is the height of the tower roof.
You are looking at a lot of time spent on research, planning and building these models. These were started back in the 90's.
