Bolt in replacement oil cooler sandwich plate and seal made to exact specifications for VW/Seat/Skoda/Audi/Ford models (see table below).

Sits between the oil filter and engine block allowing water cooling of the engine oil, keeping oil temperatures at a safe level and also assisting in engine warm up time at cold start.
There are a few different size coolers available online so be careful to check the width of the unit before ordering (see picture). This is the 54mm deep unit (54mm depth excluding O-ring. Centre hole is 48.5mm end to end). Volkswagen have also used units up to 90mm wide so be sure to check! Many listings on eBay do not specify and it is usually a lottery on if you receive the correct part despite having the correct part numbers!
