HOW FAST DO I SHIP MY STUFF?
I would say I’m about 99% consistent in shipping items out the same day or the next business day. My goal is happy customers, every time. Please read my feedback comments to see how I’ve delighted previous customers.
MY SHIPPING PHILOSOPHY:
Yes, I do charge for shipping. I do this to be as transparent as possible to my customers about what they are paying for and why. I will combine shipping for customers whenever possible, and will refund any differences between what they pay and what my true net cost is to ship. This is how my customers know they are getting the best deal possible on the price of the items and the price of the shipping. If eBay fails to price combined shipping accurately, refunds for excess shipping fees are processed when I print my shipping labels. If you ever have any questions at all, just shoot me a message.
HOW I PACK ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT:
SINGLE CARDS - All single cards are sleeved first then inserted upside down into a rigid top loader with a small piece of scotch tape across the top to keep the card inside while in transit. The top loader is folded inside of a sheet of paper inside the envelope for additional protection. Don’t worry, I make pull tabs for all tape strips :)
COMPLETE SETS - All sets < 50 cards are double sleeved in brand new (never used before) clear perfect inner sleeves and KMC Matte Black outer sleeves. These are enclosed in a small plastic baggy to hold cards together so they don’t slide around in transit. When shipped in flat rate box, they are wrapped in bubble wrap and/or thick packing paper to protect them inside the box. When shipped in a bubble mailer, the cards in the baggy will be secured between two pieces of cardboard, wrapped inside a piece of paper inside the mailer. Again all tape strips I use to secure the cards will have pull tabs :)
SEALED PRODUCT - All Booster Boxes or Secret Lair kits will be wrapped in bubble wrap before being inserted into the box for shipment. I use more bubble wrap or packing material to fill the empty space in order to keep the item(s) from sliding around in transit.
LOOSE BOOSTER PACKS - Booster packs that are in blister retail packaging (cardboard outer shell) will ship inside of a bubble mailer loose, or wrapped in a sheet of paper. Generally these have slight outer wear (scratches, dents, curling) on the cardboard blister packaging, so I do not cover in bubble wrap for shipping.
**If you have any questions about how I will ship any single item or combined items, please just ask me! If you have a preferred way to pack and ship, I will do my best to accommodate your requests. I recycle/reuse/repurpose as much packing material as I can in order to be as friendly to the environment as I can be.

In addition to the cost to ship the item, my shipping charges help cover the ongoing costs of envelopes, printer ink, cards sleeves, paper, shipping/scotch tape, top loaders, packing material, and boxes/bubble mailers.

**$0.50 additional shipping for each listing beyond the first (if paid together on one transaction; slightly more if paid across multiple transactions).

**When purchasing multiple listings for single cards, if they are on the same checkout/invoice, the combined shipping rules SHOULD compute properly and add an extra $0.50 per listing beyond the first. When purchasing multiple listings on SEPARATE checkouts/invoices, I will manually combine shipping and send you a refund for the difference. The additional charge per additional item beyond the first is a bit more, because eBay charges $0.40 per transaction on top of the final value fee (so multiple transactions = multiple $0.40 fees)

**When purchasing multiple items of different sizes/weights, I will always combine shipping when possible and refund the difference. Typically, single card items can be included in the same packaging as larger items without affecting the overall weight of the package, and the small incremental shipping add-on charge would apply. When combining larger items, the incremental charge is typically $1-3 per additional larger item, depending on weight.
MY RETURN POLICY:
I accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery of the item as long as the items are in the same condition as when they shipped. I do not accept opened/damaged/used items back in return. I strongly prefer that the customer contacts me via direct message with photos of the item condition and an explanation of what went wrong/the reason for the return. I am more than happy to work out the solution directly through messaging, and prefer this to chargebacks or opening an eBay ticket (please give me an opportunity to make things right first!!)
