AA medallion brass sobriety coin holder necklace plated with 18kt gold. Good looking piece to safely hold your sobriety coin without snapping. You simply unscrew the bezel and insert your medallion. Screw the bezel back on and hang it on your neck. This fits standard recovery coins. Chain has a spring ring clasp. In very nice pre-owned condition. Chain measures 24" long. The ring pendant is 1.75" diameter.
