Looks like it could be worn off the shoulder

Tiers of lace with peach pink bows and a lace belting for a bow in the back 

There are some stray marks and could have some small holes in the lace layer, there's so much fabric here. 
There are some marks around the hem and some loose stitching around the hem lace 

Overall really nice condition
