NRA Pennington Concealment Mantel Clock Patent #US D609 582S

On the clock face at the 12 o'clock mark, shows the NRA symbol.  In the middle shows a Bald Eagle, and below that has the following saying...

the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. "  It has quartz movement.  The front has a magnetic latch, and the interior has a green felt lining.

There appears to be scratch marks on the top.
